Businesses are made or broken by the unit economics. And what I see on our dashboard now is very exciting: we managed to reduce the cost per active user (and active users are handling the costs of all the new users) while growing and getting the first customers.
Our financial model shows it will level up around $2.5 and might jump above at moments of rapid growth. And the rest of the costs are scaling down rapidly and will be in cents, not in dollars.
With this unit economics we are just a few weeks from paying our product costs from our revenue, which is the first milestone that we will celebrate with a silly dance or something.
Next, we need to prove that we can grow beyond organic and founder-led sales.
Together with James Hacking we are working on what Terry Pratchett called PLN: in our case it is a roadmap of how we will convert investments into users into customers and into more investments.
For us it is time to grow or time to go home. And we will grow.
Taking a step back from our business: we are at a very early stage with open-weights models. And so much more to come before the end of the year! Excited to see the capital deployed to open source and enabling completely new business models with intelligence at scale including ours at Haah, Inc. with Kith Rabbit.
BTW if you still did not try the Rabbit you should. It is a powerful combination of personal relationship management and community. Nothing like it out there just yet. Be among the first at the new frontier!
And if you are already with us exploring the Rabbit Hole: thank you, we would never reach this exciting moment without your support. Ask you Kith for your referral link, share it with a few friends, start a group, make it a community and get a week of better Rabbit for free for each friend who stays!
We are releasing v1.8 in a day or two with some very exciting features, and 1.9 will be all about the communities. Stay tuned!
